The Pizza Boat
Pizza PI’s History
The first commercial-grade food boat in the US Virgin Islands, a pizza boat! According to Bloomberg, Sasha and Tara left a life of hustle and bustle to restore a 37-foot sailing/motorboat called Pagan that had been abandoned for almost 10 years. It was the perfect size to install a commercial-grade pizza kitchen. They opened for business in 2014 and this one of a kind restaurant is a local and tourist hotspot, boosting a #1 ranking on trip advisor.
Pizza in Paradise
Are you ready for the best pizza in paradise? Hop aboard this floating pizza boat and watch the cheese melt in the oven or swim with the turtles while your pizza is cooking.
Favorite 16″ pizzas include:
- Blumin Onion
- Plain Jane (add the pepperonis, trust us!)
*Gluten Free is on the menu! An 8″ Gluten Free Paleo Crust is available upon request.
Secluded Christmas Cove
Located in Christmas Cove, just a quick boat ride from St. Thomas, this secluded cove is known for its sea-life and amazing snorkeling. To name just a few, the green sea turtles, sting rays, puffer fish, lobster, reef fish and the occasional dolphin call this cove home.
Lunch or Pizza To-Go
You can choose to spend lunch here in between a day of island hopping or swing by for a pizza to-go after an amazing day in the British Virgin Islands.
Pizza on a Private Boat Charter
Please let your captain know you would like pizza and he will show you the menu on board the boat. Remember to ask your crew what their favorite pizzas are. Good Day Charters, by the way, ate the most pizza’s out of all the boat rental companies in St. Thomas and St. John last season!
Pizza can be ordered ahead of time over the VHF radio to ensure its ready when you arrive at Christmas Cove, how cool is that! The pizza boat also has pints of locally made gelato, sodas, Long Island Ice Tea, and various other tasty snacks.
Many of our guests tell us there is no better way to the end an amazing day on the water. Eating pizza, snorkeling with the turtles and watching the Caribbean sunset with friends and family.
***CAPTAIN’S NOTE: Sasha and Tara close for Hurricane Season around the end of July, so be sure to check with us to see if they are firing up the oven when you are here!
